The O.N.E. Councile, founded on democracy, consisted of all the leaders from all the countries. (Approx amount: 54) And one governing member presided over the others. So in essense, all the countrys had become states under a capital.
Major issues that the Council had to deal with was anarchy, geurillas and other such problems. In the east (Eurasian plate) Corperate giants were buying land and building their own armys. On the South American plate, citys were being raided and pillaged by pirates origaniating from petty bandit kingdoms.
North America has fallen to new levels of depravity. Crime has risin to an astonishing 49%. And small militant groups roam the streets, gunning down anyone they presume to be guilty. Although, the African plate, Somolian plate and the Indian-Australian plate, had developed a distinct culture and technology best described as utopia.

In a final effort to crush anarchy and crime, O.N.E. declares itself a monarchy, and votes in a permanant head. A general, raised in the city of New Sparta. Croxis Davion, a former commander of House Lindon. Upon election into power, Croxis used the armies of O.N.E. to wage war on the anarchist states.
Outraged at the appaling events, Queriton Elixer, Saultan of the African/Arabian plate. Left the councilate and closed his borders. The leaders of the Indian-Austrailian plate followed suit. After a period of five years, Triston Xerista, Minister of the Philippine plate. Followed the advise of Queriton and closed his borders as well. Upon considering the Might of O.N.E., decided to stay in the councilate.

O.N.E. crushes all the anarchist states and militant groups. Then Darius VII , Heir of Croxis Davion, kicks Nevitia Lostinga, currernt president of the Phillippine plate, out of the councilate. Darius then declares war on the African plate. After a brief 2 year war, The African plate fell to the massive O.N.E. Armies. The Saultan, Jeni Borleo, was executed and his contenant fell into the hands of O.N.E.
Darius then eliminates the council by assasinating them, using a special forces group called White Ash. After a member was eleminated Darius would refuse to allow their positions to be filled.
In this way Darius effectivly became the sole ruler of over 9 Contenants, The Nazca plate, Pacific plate, North American plate, South American plate, Antarctic plate, African plate, Somolian plate, Arabian plate, and the Eurasian plate.
Within the week he appointed high ranking officers from House Lindon, to take charge of individual plots of land ranging about 5 million kilometers each. then, above them Generals and so forth. In essense O.N.E was inherintly a monarchy, but Darius VII had obvious intension to turn it into a faciest state.
Facing the obvious prospect of assimilation, Indian-Australian plate emperor, Magnuisti Requim, proposed to Brian Fearria, minister of the Philippine plate, that The two of them merger to establish a defense that could endure the imanant attacks of O.N.E. . And then to establish a force capable of crippaling and scaring it.
In the year of 2997. The two contanant factions mergered. Calling their state Appolos, For the where might of O.N.E. was dependant on numbers, Appolos streangh drew from superior technology and forsight.

The Appolo's Leaders Sent a Reqruiting Call, three million men and women formed a small but maliciusly trained squadron. Chrisined, Wrath of Atlas, or W.A. . Ten million went into the work of constructing warships, aircrafts and weapons of varius degrees. Another five million went about reaserching weapons alone. Spys and special ops were trained.
A team of scientists numbering some six million restarted the space program. It was thought that spaceships, if put in an orbit, Could be used to not only spy, but to drop massive bombs as well.
Six years later Darius, already old, died. And his hier, Gorthis Davion, began his rein, controling over 4/5's of earth. Streaghnthened his army still more. Per family were out of two children were required to participate in the war effort, even though there was no war at the time. Exept for crushing petty riots and militant groups.
It is thought that He had his eyes set on conquering the petty Appolos kingdom. Consequently Gorthis never accomplished this goal, By the time He felt He had earth ready for war, he grew old. His youngest son, Xerstila Davion slautered Gorthis, his two older brothers Yoav II and Birstina, heir to the throne.
Opon claiming command of O.N.E. . Xerstila established a religion formaly known as Toarstil. Widly known in Appolos as a cult. (The religion Torstil will be later explained.) Yet Toarstil was exacly what Xerstila needed to establish utter an complete controle over O.N.E.
Unlike His predicesors, Xerstila had no intresst in Appolos. He concentrated all of his recorces and energy on internal affairs. Before He died, the O.N.E emperor, or Justila, was considered to be born into the liniage of Gods. His only son, Croxis II, claimed the title Justila.

Croxis II proved to be an able leader. He pulled O.N.E. out of the depths of depravity, but did not abolish Toarstil. After the populants paradigm became that they were property of O.N.E.(doing so required much crowd stapaling) Crime droped to an all time low of 2%. The military nearly doubled to the ridiculis size of one billion. Also, technology evolved to the equivilant of current Appolos. Althoug O.N.E. considered the space program to be a joke, and never picked up the study, they did advance their knoledge in the area of areodynamics and nucular fision
After 3 years Croxis threw his massive armys against the Philippine plate. Unable to stand against their superior numbers, the Phillippine technology and culture was quikly assimilated.
But the victory of O.N.E. did not go without its price. Croxis II, surying the new countryside, was assasinated by an Appolian agent. Croxis only had one heir to the throne, He was slaugtered as well.
Appoli's assasination had effectivly thrown O.N.E. into a state of turmoil. Within the decade O.N.E. had split up, and was now about 300 segregated factions totaly devoted to war. India was lost to the incesant and barbaic attackes made by various petty kingdoms. now the only Appolos state left was Australia. As the world wide havoc took place, a few foe arose. Plauge and famine. As millions died from war, billions died from the plauge. A virus called Pluto, the roman god of of the underworld. As pluto ravaged entire populants, technology dropped, soon most weapons were salvaged from the battal feild. Only a few factories still had the ability to make effective explosives, Small weapons, and various 2-10 ton weapons, designed to mount on tanks. Digital technology was lost forever outside of Appolos.
Appolos too, was having difficulty. Coping with the plauge and constant pirate attacks, gave up the space program, in favor of development of vaccine.

Prodon Deston, The Prime Minister of Appolos, realizing that Earth was soon to be a global grave, anounced project Exodus. Two million healthy citizens were to be put on three large transports and sent to the moon to colonize it.
after 146 years of construction, one million square kilometers lost to Bandit kingdoms. Seven million people killed from war and pluto and 3 years until completion of the Transports, A large metior, chistined Hades, collided with the moon, setting the age old companion on an oblong orbit. The moon's new orbit was estimated to send it spiraling into earth in a matter of centuries.
Zeridia Lodica, Appolian prime minister, determined for the survival of humanity, and the completion of Prodon Destons dream. Gave the scientists four years to find a suitable system for colonization and develepment of suspended animation. It was uncertain that Appolos could endure four more years of bandit attacks.
As unusualy high tides destroyed thousands of killometers of land in Apollos alone; the astroligers found a planet orbiting a star Classified Beta Lyrae. It was dubious that the planet could support life, but there were scientists and technitions on the transports. Development of permanant life support wouln't be neccesary now. As for Suspended animation. It was discovered that solar wind, emmited from the sun, contained encredable amounts of energy. If harnesed and that energy be released into the molicules of living tissue, the cell would adapt, not having to work any more it would shut down, If the traveler survived that (chances of which are 3/8) he/she could litteraly exist forever. Upon reaching the destination, the harness would shut down and the energy would gradualy stop flowing through the colonist (chances of surviving awakening procces (1/3 and then for every thousand years one number is added to the odds)(total chances for a traveler surviving are 4/11 per thousand years) In essance the traveler would only experiance two minutes of travel, one minute for energy initiation, and on minute for energy cancelation. True travel time: estimated to be three hundred thousand years.

And as two million passangers listened to him on loudspeakers and monitors, millions in the stands, billions over communicators. He began his final Speech before his resignation; "For what was accomplished, is what he lived for"(Gregory Hamspire); . Then He started "Today... For the first time in the history of mankind, pirate and patriot stand together. As was never seen before, the barbarian and scholar clasp hands......... Today, we are truly all bretheren. This was what was intended upon creation. Today we send forth over 2 million colonists, the last hope of our proud race. What they do today, will determine the outcome of humanity. For we will not accept defeat and fade away. We will not fall into darkness, from the sight of whichever god you may serve. Humanity, today you can stand proud.
